1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following words are used with the meanings set out below in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" — The ckk3 website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on ckk3 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — Each user's registered profile and wallet.
• "Service" — Online gaming, betting, and promotional activities provided by ckk3.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit, free spins, or monetary incentive provided by ckk3.
• "Transaction" — Any deposit or withdrawal activity.
• "Bet" or "Stake" — The amount of money placed by a user on any game or event.

In these Terms, singular words may refer to the plural and vice versa. When words such as "including", "such as", or "for example" are used, the list should be taken as non-exhaustive.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of services on ckk3 is only available to persons aged 21 and above. At the time of registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information to become a member. Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be suspended.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckk3 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If required, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other documents. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your username and password with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.

You will be responsible for any activity carried out using your login credentials, unless you can demonstrate that you notified ckk3 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ckk3 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions made using these methods will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. There is no specified maximum limit, however additional verification may be required for large deposit amounts. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Funds will be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.

4.4 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka. The user is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and fees, if any. ckk3 does not provide tax advice and recommends seeking independent advice on tax matters.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you may withdraw after placing ৳25,000 in bets. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses is prohibited.
• ckk3 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• ckk3 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend withdrawals if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Each offer has its own expiry period — if not used within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on ckk3 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely chance-based. No previous result affects future results.

6.2 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For casino games, if a disconnection occurs during gameplay, the game will be completed on the software server and that result will be considered valid. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, specific rules apply to each event. Detailed betting rules for any cricket tournament including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup are available on the betting page. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the refund policy for stakes will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckk3 and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unfair advantage over the platform's systems.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Colluding with other players to gain fraudulent advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• Abusing bonus benefits or making deposits solely for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users.
• Filing false complaints or fraudulent chargebacks against the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 ckk3's Rights

ckk3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 User's Rights

A user may request to close their account at any time. The verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses or incomplete wagering will be cancelled.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ckk3 is not liable for the following:

• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
• Any financial loss depending on game outcomes.
• Inconvenience caused by the platform being temporarily unavailable.

Gaming is an entertainment activity and there is no guarantee of winning. Users knowingly accept financial risk and ckk3 is not liable for losses arising from game outcomes.

11 Responsible Gaming
